Forsythiavej is the name of a small street in Koge, a town in the south of Denmark. In an attic situated in the street with the unpronounceable name, we talked for the first time about creating a publishing house for children’s books. After a great deal of anticipation and effort, Editorial Forsytia is now a reality that we can present to you.

The Forsytia publishing house was created in 2005 by Gorka Diaz and Teresa Asiain. Centred on books for children and adolescents we aim at creating and distributing works that will form a coherent catalogue in the course of time.

Our ambition is to publish good stories which, accompanied by good quality illustrations, will be a guarantee and a stimulus for younger readers.

It was our love of stories that led us to transform a simple dream into reality because there ought always to be a place in life for fantasy just as there is in stories.
